DECLARATION

[Under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013]

Whereas, the Government having been satisfied that an extent of 00.00.97 H.A.C., of land at 69

- Thavalakuppam Revenue Village, Puducherry Taluk, Puducherry District is required for the public purpose viz.,

“Provision of Pathway to the existing Government Middel School, Andiyarpalayam, Puducherry”.

Now, therefore, the declaration under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is hereby made that the land measuring

to an extent of 00.00.97 H.A.Ca at 69 - Thavalakuppam Revenue Village, Puducherry Taluk, Puducherry District, the

detailed description of which, are as follows, is acquired for the said purpose:-

No trees and structures on the land.

This declaration is made after hearing the objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided

under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).

There are no inhabitants on the land under acquisition. There is no displacement of family or loss of

livelihood arises. Hence, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme does not arise.

A plan sketch of the lands may be inspected in the Office of the Sub-Collector (Revenue) North-cum-Land

Acquisition Officer, Puducherry on any working day.
