KARAIKAL

Karaikal, dated 13th October 2025.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the disposal of old

case sheet from 2007 to 2018 excluding X-Ray Films

belonging to this Hospital.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Medical Superintendent, Government General Hospital,

Karaikal duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender

for purchase of Old Case Sheet” and to reach

the undersigned on or before 17-11-2025 at 12.30 p.m., the

tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in

the presence of the tenderers who are present. In case,

if, the prescribed date happens to be a public holiday,

the tender will be conducted on the next working day.

3. The intending tenderers should enclose a Demand

Draft for an amount of

5,000 (Rupees five thousand

only) drawn in favour of the Medical Superintendent,

Government General Hospital, Karaikal, as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender

is over. Tenders without earnest money deposit will not

be taken into consideration.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be summarily rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount plus applicable GST, etc., immediately and clear

the items within 24 hours at his/her own cost and risk,

failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

6. The successful tenderer should first shred the

old case sheet at his/her/their own cost in front of

Officials nominated by the undersigned and then take

the old records. If, the arrangements is not adhered to,

then the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. The

successful tenderer should bring the shredding machine

at their own cost.

7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

materials will be admitted once the highest tender is

accepted.

8. The intending tenderers may inspect the quality

of the case sheets during working hours with the

permission of the undersigned on or before 17-11-2025

at 11.00 a.m.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender in full or in part without assigning

any reason thereof.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
