NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to enhance the
quantum of financial assistance to poor parents having only one Girl Child
who is studying in 8th to 10th standard and for the purpose hereby
makes the following Amendment to the rules - “Rules for the Grant of
Financial Assistance to Poor Parents having only one Girl Child who is
studying in 8th to 10th Standard” notified in G.O. Ms. No. 23/2005-
Wel(SW-IV), dated 20th May 2005 of the Chief Secretariat (Welfare),
Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette No. 37, dated
31st May 2005, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), namely:–
