The 15th April, 2020

No. 2/2(3)/2020/L.E-2/1141.-The Governor of Punjab, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him

under Rule 3 of “The Lotteries (Regulations) Rules 2010”, Rule 22 of “Lottery Regulations Rules 2015” and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, is pleased to cancel the Draw of Punjab State Baisakhi Bumper 2020,

dated 17.04.2020, due to lockdown in Punjab and other States of India due to global pandemic COVID 19.

Claims of any kind are not admissible on the tickets of this draw.
