Petition Under Section 89 of Punjab State Election Commission Act , 1994 or setting aside the

election of the respondent No.1 and to declare the Petitioner as Elected Sarpanch after conducting

recounting of Polled Votes.

ORDER

The case file presented before the Tribunal to-day. The petitioner and respondents No.1-2-3 filed compromise

arrived amicably amongst themselves and petitioner suffered statement that he do not wish to pursue the case

and requested to file the election petition. The respondents attested the compromise and consented to dismiss

the petition as withdrawn. In view of statement of both the parties present election petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
