(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Punjab

is pleased to retire Sh. Jagdish Singh Khushdil on 23-02-2020 from the post of Member, Real Estate Regulatory

Authority, Punjab on attaining the age of 65 years.
