NOTIFICATION

The 20th May, 2020

No. 17/03/2015-4HB5/657.-In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of

The Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration & Regulation) Ordinance, 2020 (Punjab Ordinance 2 of

2020) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint 1st day of

July 2020 as the date on which the provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force and the provisions of

the said Ordinance shall be applicable on the clinical establishments having capacity of more than fifty beds.
