NOTIFICATION

The 21st May, 2020

No. 18/2/1998-5TC/PF/I/26487.-In supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. 18/2/

1998-5TC/PF/1163765/1 dated 12.02.2018 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 77 of the

Memorandum and Articles of Association of Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited, the Governor

of Punjab is pleased to nominate Mr. Hussan Lal, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government of Punjab,

Department of Tourism as Director on the Board of Directors of the said Punjab Tourism Development

Corporation Limited with immediate effect.

Further, in supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. 18/2/1998-5TC/PF/1163765/1 dated

12.02.2018 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 77 of the memorandum and Article of Association

of the companies, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to nominate Mr. Hussan Lal, IAS, Principal Secretary to

the Government of Punjab, Department of Tourism as Director on the Board of Directors of the below mentioned

demerged companies of Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited with immediate effect:–

1.

Gulmohar Tourist Complex (Holiday Home) Limited

2.

Neem Chameli Tourist Complex Limited.

3.

Amritsar Hotel Limited.
