No.4/76/2008-2LG2/616.-In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of section 4 of

the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, and in supression of

notification No.4/3/2016(29)-3LG2/946893/1, dated 29th March 2017, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

appoint Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawan Shehar) as Chairman of the

Improvement Trust, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawan Shehar) with immediate effect, till further orders.
