NOTIFICATION

The 24th June, 2020

No. 8/5/2017-1SWC1(PF)/399 .-In exercise of Powers conferred under clause (f ) of sub Section

(1) sub section (3) of Section-7 of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation

Act 1970, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to re-appoint

(from 19.07.2020) Sh. Mohan Lal Sood S/o Sh. Ujjagar Singh, resident of H.No. 640, Adarsh nagar, Phagwara,

Distt. Kapurthala as Non-Official Director of the Board of Directors of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land

Development and Finance Corporation.

In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(2) and Section (8) of the Act ibid, the Governor of

Punjab is further pleased to re-appoint Sh. Mohan Lal Sood S/o Sh. Ujjagar Singh, resident of H.No. 640,

Adarsh nagar, Phagwara, Distt. Kapurthala as Chairman of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development

and Finance Corporation for One Year from the date he assumes the charge of the office.

Terms and conditions will be applicable as issued by Finance Department from time to time.
