NOTIFICATION

The 6th March, 2020

No.18/52/2003-Agri.-4(4)/1730.-In exercise of powers conferred by Article 129 (a) of the Memorandum

and Articles of Association of the Punjab Agro Foodgrains Corporation Limited, and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Smt. Geeta Sharma, House No. 1, Ward No. 10,

Sunam, District Sangrur as Director on the Board of Directors of Punjab Agro Foodgrains Corporation Limited

Chandigarh with immediate effect.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Smt. Geeta Sharma as Chairperson of Punjab

Agro Foodgrains Corporation Limited.

3.

The Terms & Conditions for her appointment will be issued later on.

4.

This order is issued subject to the verification of her antecedents at the level of competent authorty.
