NOTIFICATION

The 18th June, 2020

No.19/39/2000-Agri.-II(9)/5759.-Under Section 20(1)(b) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962

(Central Act, 1962) the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Vivek Partap Singh, IAS as Director on the

Board, of Director of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation in place of Sh. Nilkanth S. Avhad, IAS.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS as Managing Director

of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation under section 20(1)(c) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962

with effect the date he assumes the charge of office. These orders are subject to the approval of Directors on the

Board of Director of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation.

3.

The terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS will be decided in due course.
