NOTIFICATION

The 18th June, 2020

No.19/39/2000-Agri.-II(9)/5754.-In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 46(i)(a) of the

Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation Ltd., the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Vivek Partap Singh, IAS, Managing Director Punjab State

Warehousing Corporation as Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing

Corporation Ltd., in place of Sh. Nilkanth S. Avhad, IAS who has been transferred.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS as Managing Director

of Punjab State Container & Warehousing Corporation Ltd. under Article 46(i)(b) of the Memorandum and

Articles of the said Corporation in place of Sh. Nilkanth S. Avhad.

3.

These orders shall have immediate effect.
