NOTIFICATION

The 10th July, 2020

No. 2/5/2019-6 Edu 1/ 1625.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 7-A of the

Punjab, Affiliated Colleges ( Security of Service) Act, 1974 and Amendment Act, 2007 the Governor of

Punjab is pleased to nominate Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh Walia, former Jugde of Punjab and Haryana

High Court, Chandigarh as Chairman of the Educational Tribunal, Punjab .

2.

The tenure of office of the Chairman, Educational Tribunal shall be three years or till attaining the age

of sixty-five years whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions of service of the appointment will be notified separately.
