NOTIFICATION

The 13th July, 2020

No. 8/5/2017-1SWC1(PF)/501.- In exercise of Powers conferred under clause (f) of sub Section

(1) sub section (3) of Section-7 of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation

Act 1970, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Jang

Bahadur, VPO Kumbra, Sector-68, Ward No. 39, SAS Nagar (Mohali) as Non-Official Director of the

Board of Directors of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation.

In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(2) and Section (8) of the Act ibid, the Governor of

Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Jang Bahadur, VPO Kumbra, Sector-68, Ward No. 39, SAS Nagar

(Mohali) as member Board of Director of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance

Corporation.

Terms and conditions of this appointment will be notified later in consultation with FD.
