CORRIGENDUM

The 15th July, 2020

No.PIU/IBDP-2017/1767.-With reference to Notification No.PIU/IBDP-2017/2849 dated 25.06.2019

regarding the Jurisdiction of District Level Committee, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following

amendments in accordance with Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified on 07-08-2018:-

1.

The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives upto 10 Cr. Investment in plant and

machinery shall be made to the District Level Committee.

2.

The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives above 10 Cr. Investment in plant and

machinery shall be made to the State Level Committee.
