NOTIFICATION

The 21st July, 2020

No. 8/6/2017-2SWC1/550.–In exercise of Powers conferred under chapter (III) of Section 7(1)(e),

7(2) and (8) of the Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act 1976, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Smt. Kamaljit Kaur Multani, 47, New Raja Garden, Mithapur Road,

Jalandhar as Non- Official Director of the Punjab Backward classes Land Development and Finance Corporation.

In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(1) (e), 7(2) and (8)of the Act ibid, the Governor of

Punjab is further pleased to appoint Smt. Kamaljit Kaur Multani, 47, New Raja Garden, Mithapur Road,

Jalandhar as Member of the Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation of one

year from the date she assumes the charge of the office.

This appointment will be governed by the guidelines issued by the Department of Finance, Directorate

of Public Enterprises & Disinvestment as amended from time to time.
