NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2020

No. 13/3/2014-PE2/1506 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section 85 of The Electricity

Act, 2003, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute a Selection Committee consisting of the following

members:-

i.

Shri K.S.Grewal, Justice (Retired),

Chairman

Punjab & Haryana High Court.

ii.

The Chief Secretary to Government of

Member

Punjab, Chandigarh.

iii.

The Chairperson of the Central Electricity Regulatory

Member

Commission, New Delhi.

The above mentioned Selection Committee will submit its recommendations for filling up the post of

the Member, Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission. A panel of two names for the post shall be sent

by the Committee to the Government at the earliest.

The TA/DA and Honorarium will be paid to the Chairman/Members of the committee by Punjab State

Electricity Regulatory Commission.
