NOTIFICATION

No. S.O.D.P.-A/R/Ss 3,4 and 10/P.A 9/94/2020/5837.–In partial modification of Government of Punjab,

Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Notification S.O.D.P.-A/R/Ss 3,4 and 10/P.A 9/94/2012/4002,

dated the 21st December, 2012, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of

section 3, sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994

(Punjab Act No. 9 of 1994), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

declare the village or group of contiguous villages mentioned under column 2 of the Schedule given below, to

constitute a new Gram Sabha area out of the existing Gram Panchayat, to establish the area so declared as new

Gram Sabha and is further pleased to constitute the Gram Panchayat by the name as indicated under column 3 of

the said Schedule, resulting to the consititution and re-consititution of the new Gram Sabha area and Gram

Panchayat, respectively, as indicated respectively under columns 4 and 5 of the said Schedule, namely.-
