NOTIFICATION
The 28th July, 2020
No.5/62/2016/MEO/DA/1773.-In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3
of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972 (read with amended Rule 3 (1) (vi)), and all other
powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board
consisting of the following members for the purpose of delimitation of wards of Municipal Council, Bareta
District Mansa :-
1.
Deputy Commissioner, Mansa or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf ;
2.
Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned Municipal Council, Bareta District
Mansa;
3.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bareta;
4.
Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Bathinda;
5.
Administrator, Municipal Council, Bareta ;
6.
Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Bareta ;
7.
Sh. Jagraj Singh, S/o Ganda Singh Ward No. 04, Bareta, Mansa (member nominated by the
Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/ 1763, Dated 28/7/2020). and
8.
Sh. Gopal Karishan S/o Sh. Kaur Sain. Ward No.7. Near Lala Wala Peer, Bareta, Mansa,
(member nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/1763,
Dated 28/7/2020).

As per provisions of Rule 5(6) of the Delimitation of wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, the
