NOTIFICATION

The 30th July, 2020

No.06/07/2020(18)-2LG2/ 838.-The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust, Patiala for an

area measuring approximately 42 Acres known as Maharaja Yadvindra Enclave bearing layout plan drawing no.

DTP(P) 2975/99 dated 19.07.1999 was notified by the Government under section 42 of the Punjab Town

Improvement Act, 1922 vide Notification No. 6/20/99-1LGII/15360 dated 01.12.1999.

There after, the Development Scheme was amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement

Act 1922 vide notification no. 3/12/03-2LG2/2979 dated 03.03.2004 to the extent as shown in the layout plan

drawing no. PIT(P) 9/2003 dated 29.12.2003.

Now, in exercise of powers conferred under section 43 of Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord further amendment in

the notified scheme layout plan as resolved and adopted by the Improvement Trust, Patiala vide resolution no.

3321 dated 05.11.2019 to the extent as shown in part layout plan drawing no. PIT(P) 3/2019 dated 21.10.2019.

This part layout plan shall be governed by the schedule of clauses of the scheme notified under section 42 of the

said Act.
