NOTIFICATION

No.12/252/97/5TC/I/56900/2020.-In partial modification of Government Notification No. 12/252/

97- 5TC/1606468/1-6 Dated 01.11.2019, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to authorize Mrs. Kanwal Preet

Brar, Special Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, Archaeology,

Archives & Museums to complete all the required legal formalities for the purpose of reconstitution of the

Anandpur Sahib Foundation. The said authorization will include the power of registration of new Deed of

Declaration with the prescribed authority and all the powers required for this purpose.
