No.11/01/2019-2L/1081.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (3) of

section 1 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 (Central Act 20 of 1946), and all other

powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to withdraw the notification no. S.O.40/

C.A.S/1/73 dated 22 May, 1973 with immediate effect.
