No.21/65/2019-4L/1101.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of

the Punjab Industrial establishment (National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Act, 1965, and

all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to exempt industrial establishments

of Punjab engaged in continuous process industry from the provisions of the Punjab Industrial establishment

(National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Act, 1965
