NOTIFICATION

The 27th July, 2020

No.21/12/2007-2H6/912.-In partial modification of Notification dated 31st January,2011 issued vide

Endst. No. 2/12/2007-2H6/166, Dated 31st January, 2011 in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section

(1) of the Section 3 read with clause (b) of section 2 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005,

(Central Act 29 of 2005) and all other Powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

designate the Secretary, Home, Department of Home Affairs and Justice, Punjab, to be the Controlling Authority

in the state of Punjab for the purpose of the said Act, in place of Additional Director General of Police (Security),

Punjab, Chandigarh.
