NOTIFICATION

The 28th July, 2020

No. 2/1/2016-6Edu1/1811.-In continuation of Government notification No. 2/1/2016-6Edu1/1526624,

dated 18.7.2019 vide which terms and conditions for the appointment of Shri S.K.Sharma, IPS (Retd.) as

Member (Administrative) of the Educational Tribunal, Punjab were fixed. Now, as per the approval of

Finance Department through their letter no. 04/06/2010-1FE2(P.F.)/314 dated 17.06.2020, the Governor of

Punjab is pleased to refix/amend the clause no.4 in the nomenclature of ‘Transport’ of the terms and conditions

as mentioned below:
