NOTIFICATION

The 28th July, 2020

No.8/59/2013-3BR3/207.-The Governor of Punjab is pleased to reconstitute the Direction Committee

of the Chief Engineers from the following departments which will be responsible for revision/updation of the

Punjab CSR, revision of premium, inclusion/deletion of any item in CSR etc. :

1.

Chief Engineer (HQ), PWD (B&R) Department, Punjab.

2.

Chief Engineer (Canals), Water Resources Department, Punjab.

3.

Chief Engineer, Water Supply & Sanitation Department, Punjab.

4.

Chief Engineer, Local Bodies Department, Punjab.

5.

Chief Engineer, Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Punjab.

6.

Chief Engineer, Rural Development & Panchayats Department, Punjab.

7.

Chief Architect, Department of Architecture, Punjab.

8.

Chief Engineer (Electrical), PWD (B&R) Department, Punjab.

The Chief Engineer (HQ), PWD (B&R) Punjab shall be the convenor of the Direction Committee of

Chief Engineers. The Convenor may also invite/associate any technical head of other departments/semi

govt. undertaking/corporation to assist and attend the meetings.

2.

The powers and guidelines of the Direction Committee of Chief Engineers will remain the same as

already notified vide memo no. 8/59/2013-3B&R/679-69 dated 25.02.2014.
