NOTIFICATION

The 27th August, 2020

No.11/85/2018-PJ(5)/953.- In continuation to the Notification No. 11/85/2018-PJ(5)/138, Dated

14.1.2020 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to assign the work to the Sub-Committee constituted

under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Pathankot to submit its report/suggestions regarding

change in the exiting Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy as per the present scenario applicable on

Shahpurkandi Dam Project and Ranjit Sagar Dam Project.

2.

The Sub-Committee will submit the report/suggestions alongwith draft of Policy within one

month.

3.

The other terms and conditions will be remain the same as per the notification dated 14.1.2020.
