NOTIFICATION
The 4th September, 2020
No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/2180.- In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of
the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972 (read with amended Rule 3 (1) (vi)), and all other
powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board
consisting of the following members for the purpose of delimitation of wards of Municipal Council, Nakodar
District Jalandhar :-
1.
Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf ;
2.
Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned Municipal Council, Nakodar District
Jalandhar;
3.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nakodar;
4.
Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jalandhar;
5.
Administrator, Municipal Council, Nakodar;
6.
Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Nakodar;
7.
Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Phool Chand, House No. 2873, Ward No. 10, Mohalla Rountan, Nakodar
Distt. Jalandhar. (member nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/
DA/ 2119, Dated 04-09-2020 ). and

Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Gian Chand, House No. 1059, Ward No. 13, Mohalla Old Post Office,
Nakodar Distt. Jalandhar. (member nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/
2016/MEO/DA/2119, Dated 04-09-2020 ).
