ORDER

In supersession of Department of Home Affairs and Justice (Judicial-1 Branch), Government of

Punjab office order issued vide Endst No. 16/2/2011-4Judl.1/2898-2904, dated 21st October, 2011,

and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Adminstrators General Act, 1963 (No. 45 of

1963) and Section 4 of the Offcial Trustees Act, 1913 (Act 11 of 1913), the Governor of punjab is

pleased to give additional charge of Administrator General and Official Trustee, Punjab to Smt. Sonu

Chahal, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab in addition to her own duties of Senior Deputy

Advocate General, Punjab, with immediate effect.

2.

As per Government Notification No. 7/5/99-3FP.2/7343, dated 14.12.2006, no additional

remuneration will be given in lieu of this additional chagre.
