NOTIFICATION

The 14th September, 2020

No. 5/24/2020-11g4/1729.- The Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute an implementation

committee as under to implement the provision of The Punjab Slum Dwellers (Proprietary Rights)

Act 2020:

Sh. Ajoy Sharma, Secretary, Local Government- Convener

Sh. Gurpreet Singh Khaira, DC Amritsar

3.

Sh. Kumar Amit, DC Patiala

4.

Sh. Girish Dayalan, DC, SAS Nagar

5.

Sh. Pardeep Sabharwal , Commissioner, MC Ludhiana

6.

Sh. Karnesh Sharma, Commissioner, MC Jalandhar

The above committee will prepare the guidelines and suggest such other measures as may be

necessary for the time bond implementation of The Punjab Slum Dwellers (Proprietary Rights) Act

2020 within 3 weeks to the Department of Local Government.
