No. PSERC/Secy/Regu.152.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 27 of the Energy

conservation Act, 2001 (amended from time to time), the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission

hereby appoints Ms. Anjuli Chandra, Member, Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission as the Adjudicating

Officer for the purpose of adjudicating under Section 26 of the above Act. This supersedes the earlier notification

no.PSERC/Secy/Regu.120 dated 22nd March, 2017 on account of completion of term of Er. Santokh Singh

Sarna as Member, PSERC on 18th September, 2020.
