NOTIFICATION

The 17th October, 2020

No. S.O. 46/C.A.39/1987/S.8-A/Amd./2020.- In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 8-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987

(Central Act No. 39 of 1987), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the

Punjab State Legal Services Authority in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief

Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, is pleased to make the following

amendment in the Government of Punjab, Punjab State Legal Services

Authority, Notification No. S.O.1/C.A.39/1987/S.8-A/2005, dated the 21st

January, 2005, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the words "Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Daya

Chaudhary", the words "Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.N. Satyanarayana" shall be

substituted.
