NOTIFICATION

No. 19/02/2015-PE1/2862.-In exercise of powers conferred under Article (2) of the Memorandum

and articles of Association of Punjab Genco Limited, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Shri

Satinder Pal Singh Gill S/o Sh. Jagdev Singh Tajpuri, resident of 10-G, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana as Director on

the Board of Directors and Chairman of Punjab Genco Limited with effect from the date he assumes charge

of the post.

Terms and conditions of his appointment will be governed under the instructions issued by the Directorate

of Punjab Enterprises and Disinvestment, Department of Finance from time to time.
