NOTIFICATION

The 16th November, 2020

No.13/3/2014-PE2/2927.-In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section 5 of Section 82 of the

Electricity Act, 2003, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Paramjeet Singh, retired District &

Session Judge as Member of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

2.

He shall hold office for a term of 5 years from the date he joins his office or till he attains the age of

sixty five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions shall be as per Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Rules, 2006.

4.

He shall subscribe to an oath of office and secrecy before assuming charge.
