NOTIFICATION

The 20th November, 2020

No. 15/09/2020-4H1/2307.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 (1) of the Punjab

Police Act, 2007 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute

the Divisional Police Complaints Authorities at each division namely Patiala, Ferozpur, Faridkot, Jalandhar and

Roopnagar.

2.

The Authorities shall exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred upon, or assigned to

them under section 54(E) and other sections of the Punjab Police Act, 2007.
