NOTIFICATION

The 17th December, 2020

No.21/50/18-4L/1933.-In partial modification of Government of Punjab, Department of Labour,

Notification No.SO.64/B.O.C.W.W.C.R. 1998/R.2/2013, dated the 12th August, 2013 and in pursuance of the

provisions of clause (g) of rule 2 of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Rules 1998, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to modify the entry of Sr. No. 10 of the Table of said notification and substitute

the same as under, to confer upon the following Officers mentioned in the table below, the concurrent powers as

Assessing Officer, for the purpose of aforesaid rules, on and with effect from the date of publication of this

notification in the official Gazette, namely:-
