NOTIFICATION

The 8th December, 2020

No. G.S.R.102/P.A.17/1887/Ss. 155 and 156/Amd./2020.- The following

draft of rules further to amend the Punjab Land Revenue Rules, 1909, which the

Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Punjab, proposes to make in exercise of the

powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 155 of the Punjab

Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act No. XVII of 1887), and all other powers

enabling him in this behalf, is published as required under section 156 of the said

Act, for the information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration by the

Financial Commissioner, Revenue on and after the expiry of a period of thirty days

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together

with any objection or suggestion, which may be received by him from any person

before the expiry of the period so specified with respect to the said draft, namely:-

DRAFT RULES

These rules may be called the Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Rules,

2020.

In the Punjab Land Revenue Rules, 1909, after rule 71-B, the following

rule shall be added, namely:-

" 71-C. Sewa Kendras: Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 71, the

computerized copies of revenue record duly attested by a person authorised in this

regard by the Director, Department of Governance Reforms shall also be furnished

from the Sewa Kendras in the State of Punjab on demand by any person after

charging the prescribed fee."

Explanation:- For the purpose of this rule, the expression 'Sewa Kendras'

here means a center setup by the Department of Governance Reforms for the purpose

of providing various services to the citizens.

NOTIFICATION

The 10th December, 2020

No. G.S.R.103/Const./Art.309/Amd.(4)/2020.- In exercise of the powers

conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other

powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the

following rules further to amend the Punjab Health and Family Welfare Technical

(Group 'C') Service Rules, 2016, namely: -

RULES

(1) These Rules may be called the Punjab Health and Family Welfare

Technical(Group 'C') Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab Health and Family Welfare Technical (Group 'C') Service

Rules, 2016,-

(i)

in Appendix ‘A’, against Serial No.1, under the Column No.3

and 5, for the figures “4216”, the figures “3577” shall be

substituted; and

(ii) in Appendix 'B', against Serial No.1, under the Column No.3, for

the words “Seventy-five percent”, the words “Ninety percent”

and under Column No. 4 for the words "Twenty-five percent",

the words "Ten percent" shall be substituted.”

No. G.S.R.104/P.A.17/1887/S.28/Amd./2020.- The following draft of rules further

to amend the Punjab Revenue Patwaris, Class III Service Rules, 1966, which the Governor

of Punjab proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the

Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 17 of 1887), and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, is published as required by section 156 of the aforesaid Act, for information

of the persons likely to be effected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration by the

Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with an objection or suggestion, which

may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue to Government of Punjab,

Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, from any person before

the expiry of the period so specified with respect to the said draft, namely:-

DRAFT RULES

(1)

These rules may be called the Punjab Revenue Patwaris, Class III Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2)

They shall come into force at once.

In the Punjab Revenue Patwaris, Class III Service Rules, 1966, in Appendix A, in

item 1, for the letters, figures and signs "3,120-100-3,220-110-3,600—120-4,260-140-

4,400-150-5,000-160-5,160", the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Pay Matrix Scale as Level-2 of the 7th Central Pay Commission with Initial Pay

of Rs. 19900"
