No. PERS-PP-30MISC/35/2020-2PP3/118774/2020/18.-Under the Explanation to Section 25 of the
Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) read with the Government of India, Ministry of
Home Affairs, Notification No.20-25/26/Pub.1, dated 08.06.1957, the Government of Punjab hereby declare
that in addition to Sundays expressly defined as Public Holidays in the said "Explanation", the following shall be
