NOTIFICATION

The 6th January, 2021

No. 5845/P.A.18/1961/S.2/2021.- In supersession of the Government of Punjab, Department

of Rural Development and Panchayats, Notification No. S.O.5826/P.A.18/1961/S.2/2019, dated the

12th December, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 2 of the Punjab Village

Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No. 18 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the following officers as specified in column 2 of the

Schedule given below for performing the functions of the Commissioner under the said Act, for the area of

jurisdiction given in column 3 of the said Schedule, namely:-
