NOTIFICATION

The 8th January, 2021

No. 13/3/2014-PE2/193.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section 85 of The Electricity

Act, 2003, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute a Selection Committee consisting the following

members:-

i.

Mr. Justice (Retd.) K.S. Grewal, Punjab & Haryana High Court.

Chairman

ii.

The Chief Secretary to Government of Punjab, Chandigarh.

Member

iii.

The Chairperson of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi.

Member

The above mentioned Selection Committee will submit its recommendations for filling up the post of the

Chairperson, Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission. A panel of two names for the post shall be sent

by the Committee to the Government at the earliest.

The TA/DA and Honorarium will be paid to the Chairman/Members of the committee by Punjab State

Electricity Regulatory Commission.
