NOTIFICATION

Amendment in Master Plan Roopnagar

The 27th November, 2020

No. 5526 CTP (PB)/SR-43.-In pursuance to the decision of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning

and Development Board's meeting held on 17.12.2019, a public notice was given on 31.01.2020, inviting

objections/suggestions from the general public for change of landuse of villages Chaklan Bhago Majra, Mughal

Majri, Ban Majra, Mathahri, Adrera, Charheri and Bhagowal from 'Mixed landuse' & 'Agriculture Zone' to

'Industrial Zone' .

No objection/suggestion was received. The issue was discussed in the 40th meeting of the Board held

on 23.10.2020. The Board oproved the proposal without any change.

Accordingly, the amendment in Master Plan Roopnagar is hereby notified u/s 70(5) of The Punjab

Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995, as depicted in drawing no. D.T.P (R) 3/2020 dated 16/

11/2020.

It shall come into operation from the date of its notification.

This issues with the approval of the Government dated 19-11-2020.
