NOTIFICATION

The 1st February, 2021

No. HED-EDU10EDUT/20/2020-6edu/281.–In exercise of the powers conferred under section 7-A

of The Punjab, Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Act, 2007 the Governor of Punjab is

pleased to nominate Sh. Jaspal Singh, IAS (Retd.) as Member (Administrative) of the Educational Tribunal,

Punjab under section 7-A(5).

2.

The tenure of Member of the Educational Tribunal shall be three years or till attaining the age of

sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions of service of the appointment will be notified separately.
