NOTIFICATION

The 1st January, 2021

No. 19/39/2000-Agri.II(9)/71.- In exercise of the powers conferred uknder Article 46(i)(a) of the

Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation Ltd., the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Yashanjit Singh, IRTS Managing Director, State Warehousing

Corporation as Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation

Ltd., in place of Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS who has been transferred.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Yashanjit Singh, IRTS as Managing Director

of Punjab State Container & Warehousing Corporation Ltd. Under Article 46(i)(b) of the Memorandum and

Articles of Association of the said Corporation in place of Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS.

These orders shall have immediate effect.
