NOTIFICATION

The 1st January, 2021

No. 19/39/2000-Agri.II(9)/59.-Under Section 20(1)(b) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962

(Central Act, 1962) the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Yashanjit Singh, IRTS as Director on the

Board of Directors of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation in place of Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, IAS.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Yashanjit Singh, IRTS as Managing Director

of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation under section 20(1)(C) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962

with effect from the date he assumes the charge of office. These orders are subject to the approval of Directors

on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation.

3.

The terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. Yashanjit Singh, IRTS will be decided in due course.
