The 4th February, 2021

No. 17/01/2021-3r5$413.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Punjab Prevention

of Damage to Public and Private Property Act, 2014 (Punjab Act No. 4 of 2017), and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to designate the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned

district, as the competent authority for the purposes of the aforesaid Act.
