NOTIFICATION

The 12th January, 2021

No. 30/03/2016-L.R.1(1)/434.- In Supersession of the Government of Punjab, Department of Revenue,

Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, Notification No. 24/84/2013-LR-1/16196, dated the 30th October,

2014 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section 2 of Section 26 of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013).

The Governor of Punjab hereby notifies the multiplier factor as per the above said Section of the Act and to be

considered as per Sr. No. 2 of the First Schedule of the ibid Act as under :
