No.5/24/2020-1lg4/173.-In exercise of the powers conferred under section 8(1) of the Punjab Slum

Dwellers (Proprietary Rights) Act, 2020, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the Divisional Commissioner

of the concerned Division as Appellate Authority to hear appeal from any decision or order of 'Slum Area

Redevelopment & Rehabilitation Committee (SAARC).
