NOTIFICATION

The 8th February, 2021

No. 8/5/2017-1SWC1(PF)/ 248.-In exercise of Powers conferred under clause (f) of sub Section

(1) sub section (3) of Section-7 of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation

Act 1970, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Ajay

Kumar S/o Sh. Anoop Kumar, R./o H.No. 141, Gali No. 2, Guru Nanak Pura, Dhapai Road, Amritsar

as Non-Official Director of the Board of Directors of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and

Finance Corporation.

In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(2) and Section (8) of the Act ibid, the Governor of

Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Anoop Kumar, R./o H.No. 141, Gali No. 2,

Guru Nanak Pura, Dhapai Road, Amritsar is appointed as member Director in the Punjab Scheduled Castes

Land Development and Finance Corporation in place of Sh. Samay Singh Birla, # 1109/3, Dial Nagar, Gumhar

Mandi, Ludhiana, who was appointed as member director vide Notification No. 08/05/2017-1SWC1(PF)/52/1-9

Dated 23-01-2020.

Their terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government from

time to time.
