NOTIFICATION
The 1st March, 2021
No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/198.-In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of the
Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the
Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board consisting of the following members for the
purpose of delimitation of wards of Municipal Council, Tarn Taran, District: Tarn Taran :-
1.
Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf;
2.
Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned Municipal Council, Tarn Taran,
District:Tarn Taran
3.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tarn Taran;
4.
Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Amritsar;
5.
Administrator, Municipal Council, Tarn Taran;
6.
Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Tarn Taran;
7.
Sh. Ramnik Singh S/o. Sh. Harjinder Pal Singh, B1/419, Deep Avenue, Tarn Taran (member
nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/150, Dated: 01-03-2021)
and;
8.
Sh. Hrithik Arora S/o. Sh. Vijay Arora, Gali Chappar Wali, Tarn-Taran (member nominated by the
Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/150, Dated: 01-03-2021).
2.
As per provisions of Rule 5(6) of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, the
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sangrur shall be the Chairman of the Board. In his absence, the members present
